Our sole focus is to realize process improvements and cost reduction on behalf of clients without the loss of exceptional service from your vendors. Through years of experience, REACH has identified measures for continuous savings by not only delivering cost reductions, but also by monitoring price changes. Generally, REACH is able to work with current suppliers and also potential suppliers to identify double-digit savings.

We also specialize in helping clients incorporate green and sustainable technologies and products to create a healthier and more ecologically sound operation.

General categories of service include:

  • Business Products. An area rife with organizational savings potential and a specialty of REACH management encompasses office products, toner management, legal supplies, break room supplies, computer supplies and general business consumables.
     
  • Janitorial/Sanitation. In addition to securing cost savings, we help our clients move toward more green and sustainable products and service providers in the areas of chemical, paper and equipment maintenance. REACH has developed a janitorial and sanitation specialty in the creation of initiatives that are fiscally and ecologically responsible and reduce waste.
     
  • Information Technology. We are pleased to offer information technology consulting through our partnership with Progressive Consulting Technologies, Inc., a firm with more than 20 years of experience in software development, networking or program management.
     
  • Telecommunications. We are experienced in the review of telecommunications, and our advisors have more than 30 years of industry, institutional and leadership knowledge. We have often been able to help clients realize upwards of 60% savings over current telecom programs. The review of VoIP, VoPI and standard voice/data remain areas for extensive savings potential.
     
  • Print and Document Management offers an excellent opportunity for organizational savings, and REACH understands the complexities of helping both medium and large organizations realize those savings without compromising the needs of their employees, clients or constituencies.
     
  • Insurance. REACH is well versed in the understanding of the varied insurance needs of our clients; our understanding of healthcare insurance, 401(k) and securities management, and long-term benefits provide great value in reducing the costs associated with these indirect expenditures.
     
  • Courier Services/Overnight Delivery. These expenditures are often overlooked and can deliver savings upwards of 20% when properly managed. Because we understand the importance of timely and dependable document delivery, we also hold suppliers accountable for their service guarantees.
     
  • Maintenance Repair and Operating (MRO) includes a variety of expenditures that do not easily fit into other categories. However, reviewing MRO expenses have helped numerous clients reduce costs across the organization. Typical areas reviewed in MRO include: HVAC, Elevator Maintenance, Safety Supplies, Gas, Electric, Water and Industrial Supplies.
