Robford Hill, a veteran of both the public and the private sector serves as REACH’s CEO and is intimately involved in the firm’s day-to-day operations, particularly in negotiations with vendors and suppliers. Following the successful negotiation of various contracts and mergers for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients as a consultant with both CORESTAFF Services and Corporate Express, Rob established REACH Consulting Group in 2008. Since that time, REACH has grown to service serveral of the top companies and organizations across the southeast. Rob earned his BA at Fort Valley State University and later earned his MPA from Georgia College & State University. He is active in various boards and trade associations across the State of Georgia.

Bret Roberts is a leading expert in the development of strategic pricing models and implementation schedules for supply chain vendors to law firms and corporate clients. This experience, garnered over 25 years with one of the nation’s largest office supply vendors, enables him to craft custom, cost-saving solutions that meet the needs of employees engaged in the company’s core business. Prior to joining REACH, Bret served in various leadership and executive roles with Corporate Express, Inc. He earned a BA in Business from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a member of several community associations and remains active in mentoring youth.

Leon Rhodes brings a unique blend of financial expertise and human capital management expertise to the field of supply chain management. His financial background includes a degree in accounting and experience at the former Big-Four firm Arthur Andersen as an auditor of large and mid-sized corporations. Subsequently, he served as director of finance, assistant comptroller, vice president and general manager for large regional and national corporations. Leon Rhodes earned a B.S. in Accounting from Southern University.
